1. The image of the NFT is not visible.

If you do not see the image on the NFT exchange after purchasing the NFT, press the refresh button at the top of the NFT exchange to see the image after loading.

This is caused by the failure of the NFT Exchange to retrieve the NFT information on the blockchain, and is easily resolved by pressing the Refresh button.

The image of the NFT is the same as that of another NFT

When selling NFTs, images of NFTs may be seen immediately, or images of NFTs may be updated after a certain period of time.

If the image of the purchased NFT is the same as that of another NFT, the NFT's metadata and image will be updated through the revealing process. In this case, please check the reveal schedule on the website or community.
